Shipping and Return Policy

C-Zen, Inc. gladly accepts orders from all around the Globe. Shipping rates, fees and delivery times will vary depending on the delivery address for your placed order.

To determine your shipping rates simply use the shipping calculator on our site. Also, shipping rates will be confirmed with you during the checkout process, and before payment is collected. You will have the chance to verify all information before submitting your payment.

All shipping rates are calculated based on weight, shipping dimensions and destination address.

Shipments will be handled on the same or following business day, as long as the item is in stock. It will be shipped via the option you select on our site. We will always use a traceable shipping method and carrier to aid in tracking of your shipment. The shipments will be insured for the value of your purchase, to be able to recover funds in case of accidental damage or loss occurring during the shipping process, which we will help keep to a minimum by selecting quality shipping agents such as UPS or Fed-Ex, and other similarly rated shippers, including but not limited to US Post Priority.


Limitations

Transfer of Ownership occurs Once the item you ordered leaves our facility. You, then become fully responsible for Your item.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from c-zen.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.


Risk of Loss

All items purchased from C-Zen, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These fees can be substantial and they can exceed the actual value of the item itself. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information BEFORE placing an order with us. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause SUBSTANTIAL delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund minus shipping charges. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at: customerservice@c-zen.com


Why Was Your Package Undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

  • Item is too big for a P.O. Box
  • Incorrect Address
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier.

Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Addres:
Address Format: If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box.

Other Address Problems: If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.

In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.


Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $700 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.


Damage during Shipment: Please inspect your item immediately after delivery for any signs of damage. If any damage is found please contact the shipping agent directly to begin a dispute regarding the issue. We warrant that the items you ordered left our facility in new and excellent condition. The shipping agent is fully responsible for any damages which may occur in transit. As you are in full possession of your ordered product as soon as it leaves our facility as stated above, C-Zen, Inc. cannot be made party in such type of dispute. Therefore, C-Zen, Inc. shall carry no responsibility and shall not become party to this type of dispute. We will merely aid in trying to resolve such an issue to your satisfaction but we shall have no binding responsibility to do so hereunder.


Refund Policy: Non-Refundable personal care Products: For reasons of US consumer protection and health code laws, certain personal care products may not be returned. These items include, without limitation: Pillows, mattress toppers, eye masks, support/seat cushions, slippers, socks, toothbrushes, nail clippers, hair brushes, razors, trimmers, epilators and earbuds.
