C-Zen's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not C-Zen's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits C-Zen. All other trademarks not owned by C-Zen that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by C-Zen.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
C-Zen grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of C-Zen. We, at C-Zen, Inc., want to make sure that you are 100% Satisfied. Should you not be 100% Satisfied, please contact us at: customerservice@c-zen.com to resolve the issue.

WARRANTY

We have ensured that our products are delivered to you at utmost quality. Your Satisfaction is our goal. This product is offered with a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period") by original purchaser, covering verifiable defects due to workmanship only. Any returned items will be inspected and a determination will be made in-house by our experienced expert team, if the defect is due to workmanship defaults. C-Zen, Inc. reserves the absolute right to make a final decision. Proof of purchase is required and must be sent along with any VALID claims

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, C-Zen, Inc. will either 1) repair the defect at no charge, or 2) replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or 3) provide an online store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original product. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes C-Zen, Inc.'s property. When a store credit is given, the original product must be returned to C-Zen, Inc. and becomes C-Zen, Inc.'s property.

This warranty does not apply to: i) damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to product's use, ii) damage caused by accidental, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquakes, or other external causes, iii) damage caused by service provided by anyone who is not a representative of C-Zen, Inc., iv) any sharp objects used on or in conjunction with the use of our C-Zen, Inc. product, v) willfully or accidentally caused damage by the user.

C-ZEN, INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PROPERTY, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, C-ZEN, INC DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITIES, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF C-ZEN, INC. CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.

For any warranty returns please contact Customer Service with your complete contact information, including: First and Last name of purchaser, Billing and Shipping address which you provided when you made the original purchase, date of purchase, and your day time and evening contact telephone numbers, along with a brief description of the defect and when and how it was noticed. Customer service will contact you promptly to discuss a possible return under our warranty policy.

Any warranty returns without following the steps as outlined above may void your right to return the item, and your right for a refund under this policy.

Again, we have ensured that all items arrive to you with the highest quality, as we pride ourselves with the goal to ensure your satisfaction, and we hope that you will enjoy your C-Zen Pillow always.

REFUND POLICY Non-Refundable personal care Products: For reasons of US consumer protection and health code laws, certain personal care products may not be returned. These items include, without limitation: Pillows, mattress toppers, eye masks, support/seat cushions, slippers, socks, toothbrushes, nail clippers, hair brushes, razors, trimmers, epilators and earbuds. APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting c-zen.com, you agree that the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and C-Zen.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to c-zen.com or to products or services sold or distributed by C-Zen or through c-zen.com in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $ 9,999 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time.
